By using our music and dance coaching services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We reserve the right to change class schedules, cancel classes, or terminate services due to unforeseen circumstances or excessive absences.

Description of Services:

We offer a comprehensive range of music and dance coaching services, including private lessons, group classes, and workshops in various styles and genres. Our music coaching services include instruction in music theory, instrument-specific coaching, and recording and production. Dance coaching services include private lessons, group classes, choreography, dance technique, and performance preparation. Additionally, we provide workshops and master classes, performance opportunities, music and dance therapy, career guidance, and recording studio rentals. We also offer tailored packages and programs, such as beginner’s packages, intermediate programs, advanced training, summer camps and intensives, and community outreach programs, designed to meet the unique needs and goals of our students.

Registration and Membership:

 You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. Membership benefits and services are subject to change.

Additional Services:

 Intensive sessions with industry experts and renowned artists. Performance Opportunities with Regular performances and showcases to help you gain stage experience and confidence. Therapeutic sessions using music and dance to promote physical, emotional, and cognitive well-being. Mentorship and guidance on navigating the music and dance industries. Access to professional recording studios for your music projects.

Payment & Refund Policy:

Our payment terms require payment in full prior to the commencement of classes. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms. For refunds, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the scheduled class has commenced. Additionally, we reserve the right to terminate services and provide a pro-rata refund if a student misses three or more consecutive classes without prior notice. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of the refund request.

OPC (One Person Company)

 As a registered One Person Company, our music and dance coaching services are governed by the following rules: The Company shall be managed by the sole owner/director, who shall have absolute authority to make decisions regarding the company’s operations. The company shall maintain accurate and transparent financial records, which shall be available for inspection by the sole owner/director. The company shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to taxation, employment, and intellectual property. The company shall not engage in any activity that may be deemed detrimental to its reputation or the reputation of its sole owner/director. Any changes to these rules shall be made in writing and shall be effective immediately upon notification to the sole owner/director
